OUR COLLECTIVE WAS FUNDED 2 ETH BY OCM DAO'S SMALL GRANTS COMMITTEE TO FEATURE ONCHAINMONKEY IN ENTERTAINING AND EDUCATIONAL CONTENT ACROSS OUR SOCIALS FOR THE MONTH OF JULY, 2023. 

HERE IS A SUMMARY OF WHAT WE PRODUCED:

We sponsored an art contest, challenging our community to submit art that incorporated the vibes of both Nouns and OnChainMonkey, and received many amazing entries! Over the course of the month, our content team peppered socials with short, impactful videos explaining different facets of the OnChainMonkey story. We had "OCM Explained" a clip featuring Amanda Terry,  "the !RISE of Social Good" Part 1 & Part 2, "Afghan girl explainer video"  plus a clip from the Amanda Terry interview about Afghan girl as well. And finally, a "What is OCM video with Debinvest" posted to our Brazilian Portuguese TikTok (Subtitled version posted to English TikTok also.) 

This collaboration was a resounding success by all accounts. At TNS, we are very careful to only entertain sponsorships and grants from values-aligned communities and protocols, and we feel that OnChainMonkey espouses many of the same principles as the Nouns community, particularly around the idea of funding public goods, so it was a great match. The content we created was enjoyable to our own community because it was fun and educational, and we received feedback that many had joined the OCM discord to learn more after seeing our pieces.  From the OCM side, many community members also gave feedback that the content we produced was high-quality and informative. We even had requests to cover other OCM topics in future videos and had to disappoint because we had come to the end of our engagement. We would happily re-collaborate with OCM in a similar fashion in future if there is a desire for more high quality content. One possible learning for any future collaborations is that it might be helpful to sit down with the OCM community at the beginning of the stint and ask for requests for specific content topics so that we can deliver even more laser-focused content based on the priorities of the DAO. Thank you again to Julian, Heavy D, JayB, Sofia, and the rest of the OCM Small Grants Committee for this opportunity, and we hope it will be the first of many initiatives to strengthen the bonds between the OnChainMonkey and Nouns Communities!
